Residential and Commercial Water Rates
Effective January 2011

Dear Bartonville Water Supply Corporation Member/Customer:

Below is the 2012 water rate schedule as adopted by the Bartonville Water Supply Corporation Board of Directors at their November 16, 2011 regular meeting. These rates are based on budgetary requirements for 2012 which includes funding for a recent increase in wholesale water rates, continued system improvements, and State required water conservation. The new rates will be reflected on the bill you receive in February 2012 for January 2012 water usage. Please note that although the base rate has increased slightly, our first two gallons-used tiers have been increased and rates have remained the same in keeping with our efforts to manage expenses and costs throughout our service area. For all members this will mean a reduction in your costs during heavy periods of water use for such things as summer irrigation and swimming pool use.

TCEQ Regulatory Assessment: ½ of 1% of water charges.
Franchise Fees: Towns of Bartonville, Double Oak, and Copper Canyon: 2% of all water charges.
Highland Village Charge: 4% of all charges and fees collected in Highland Village
